You may use the MOTK name to accurately describe unmodified official releases, compatibility, commentary, tutorials, or community activity. Do not imply endorsement, certification, ownership, or an official relationship.変更していない公式リリース、互換性、解説、チュートリアル、コミュニティ活動を正確に説明するためにMOTKの名称を使えます。推奨、認定、所有、公式な関係があるように示してはいけません。
Modified distributions and forks must use a clearly different product name and state that they are unofficial. They may describe themselves as derived from or compatible with MOTK, but may not use MOTK as the leading product name, app icon, publisher, domain, or account identity.改変配布物とフォークは明確に異なる製品名を使い、非公式であることを示す必要があります。MOTKを元にしている、または互換性があると説明できますが、MOTKを主な製品名、アプリアイコン、発行者、ドメイン、アカウント名として使うことはできません。
Software licenses grant copyright permissions; they do not grant trademark rights. This policy does not limit nominative or other uses permitted by law.ソフトウェアライセンスが与えるのは著作権上の許諾であり、商標権の許諾ではありません。このポリシーは、法律で認められる指示的使用その他の利用を制限しません。
