Free support in public, optional paid help in private. Both are simple.
Paid Private Help
Private setup help, project-specific customization, migration work, or urgent troubleshooting may be offered as paid support. This never changes the app's free status — it's help with your setup, not a license fee.
One Practical Note
When sharing screenshots or logs in a public Issue, blank out your Sheet IDs, Drive IDs, and email addresses — they identify your account, and Issues are public.
